We have designed our Data Management Centres with the highest level of security and fire protection in mind. Each Data Centre has its own unique coded security doors and contains intruder alarms and detection systems linked to central stations which detect internal movement. The centres are monitored by our out-of-office hours CCTV security system which can alert our staff and our security partners should any breach occur. Our CCTV can be accessed and controlled at anytime day or night by designated members of staff. Our Data Centre security includes:

Of course, online e-security is critical when much of your day-to-day business is carried out via the internet. We have implemented a full set of Information Management procedures to ensure we conduct all our in-house and online processing in a secure and up-to-date manner.
Our IT hardware and software systems are in locked areas with only designated staff given access. We operate change management procedures to ensure necessary security and other patches to software systems are appropriately and timely implemented. We use SSL in all activities which involve client access to our systems.
We provide our staff with regular IT updates and maintain our IM system along with all our other business management systems.
